Service Rates / Fee Sheet

1. Service Call Fee (1st hour):

• Standard Service Call: $100
  (Includes assessment and minor repairs up to 30 minutes)

2. Standard Labor Rates:

• Standard Hourly Rate: $75/hour

• Electrical / Plumbing Repairs: Starting at $85/hour

3. Emergency Rates:

• After-Hours/Emergency Service: 1.5x
  (Includes assessment and minor repairs up to 30 minutes)

4. Materials:

• Cost of materials will be billed separately. A detailed invoice will be provided.

• A markup of 10% will be added to the cost of materials.

5. Contractual Services:

• Monthly Maintenance Package: $250/mo.
  (Includes 2 service calls and up to 5 hours of labor. Additional hours will be billed at the standard rate.)

6. Payment Terms:

• Payment is due on invoice

• Payments received late are subject to penalties

  • The penalty rates are: 

    • 5% for 7-14 days late

    • 10% for payments received more than 15 days late

7. Cancellation Policy:

• Service cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $35 cancellation fee.
