Service Rates / Fee Sheet

1. Service Call Fee (1st hour):

• Standard Service Call: $100
  (Includes assessment and minor repairs up to 1 hour)

2. Standard Labor Rates:

• Standard Hourly Rate: $75/hour

3. Emergency Rates:

• After-Hours/Emergency Service: 1.5x
  (Includes assessment and minor repairs up to 1 hour)

4. Materials:

• Cost of materials will be billed separately. A detailed invoice will be provided.

• A markup of 10% will be added to the cost of materials.

5. Contractual Services:

• Monthly Maintenance Package: 

A:  $100/month (includes 1 emergency call, and 1 normal call. All calls are equal to 1 hour of service)

B. $190/month (includes 1 emergency call, and 2 normal calls.  All calls are equal to 1 hour of service)

C. $285/month (includes 1 emergency call and 3 normal calls. All calls are equal to 1 hour of service)

Additional hours will be billed at the standard rate.

Monthly maintenance packages take priority in our schedule!

6. Payment Terms:

• Payment is due on invoice

7. Cancellation Policy:

• Service cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $35 cancellation fee.

• Emergency calls are not subject to the cancellation rule.

• All jobs will request approval before work begins.

• Custom quotes available upon request.

• All services are guaranteed for quality. Any issues arising within 30 days of service will be addressed at no additional labor cost.
