Handyman Services

1. Service Call Fee:

• Standard Service Call: $50

• After-Hours/Emergency Service: $75

(Includes assessment and minor repairs up to 30 minutes)

2. Labor Rates:

• Standard Hourly Rate: $50/hour

• After-Hours/Emergency Service: $75/hour
(Applicable for services requested outside of standard business hours)

3. Specific Services:

• Plumbing Repairs: Starting at $80

• Electrical Repairs: Starting at $100

• Painting (per room): Starting at $150

• Drywall Repair: Starting at $120

• Appliance Installation/Repair: Starting at $80

4. Materials:

• Cost of materials will be billed separately. A detailed invoice will be provided.

• A markup of 10% will be added to the cost of materials.

5. Contractual Services:

• Monthly Maintenance Package: $225/month
(Includes 2 service calls and up to 5 hours of labor. Additional hours will be billed at the standard rate.)

6. Payment Terms:

• All services to be invoiced monthly.

• Payment due within 30 days of invoice date.

• Late payments are subject to a 10% penalty.

7. Cancellation Policy:

• Service cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $35 cancellation fee.
